You can see this motto with a picture of a smiling employee on the walls of every Reynders building. It was the result of a meeting in which a handful of people from different divisions were having a brainstorming session on how to create added value in their jobs. It was unanimously decided that a pleasant work atmosphere is an invaluable asset.
