As of 25 may 2018 the new privacy law on data protection has become enforceable. We inform you that use of your personal data includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure, transmission (such as electronic invoices), dissemination or any other form of posting, gathering, relating, as well as the blocking, erasure or destruction of this information.


REYNDERS label printing commits:

  • to protect the privacy of European citizens whose personal data are processed and to protect against abuse of such data and against the processing of incorrect data;
  • to prevent personal data are processed for a purpose other than the purpose for which it has been collected;
  • to ensure the rights of data subjects.


Subject to appropriate statutory provisions in laws and regulations have only access to the personal data: those, including third parties, who are in charge of or managing the activities related to the processing of the data or that are necessarily involved.


The personal data will be deleted 7 years after the achievement of the purposes for which the data were obtained, unless the personal data are necessary in fulfilment of a legal obligation.
