Reynders Etiketten is "Trends Family Business of the Year" voor Vlaanderen 2017
Op donderdag 16 november stelden Trends en BDO de eerste editie van de Trends Family Business of the year voor Vlaanderen voor. De prijs beloont een familiale onderneming die zich in verschillende domeinen onderscheiden heeft: visie, transmissie van ondernemingsgeest, maatschappelijk engagement en communicatie.
De laureaat werd verkozen door een onafhankelijke jury, bestaande uit Hans Wilmots (CEO BDO Belgium), Wolfgang Riepl (redacteur Trends), Johan Vandenbroeck (Partner BDO Belgium), Rik Donckels (Professor emeritus KU Brussel) en Vincent Molly (Professor KU Leuven en Antwerp Management School).
Om in aanmerking te komen voor de prijs Trends Family Business of the year moet een onderneming voldoen aan volgende criteria. Ten eerste moet meer dan 50% van het bedrijf eigendom zijn van de familie. Ten tweede moet ten minste één familielid een bepalende invloed hebben op de bedrijfsstrategie of de beslissingsprocessen.
Verder komen enkel bedrijven in aanmerking die in 2016 een omzet gerealiseerd hebben die hoger is dan 5 miljoen euro en/of meer dan 50 mensen in dienst hebben. Tenslotte moet u bedrijfscultuur belangrijk vinden en actief bezig zijn met de toekomst van uw bedrijf en met de relaties tussen uw bedrijf en uw familie.
